Recipe for Lobster and
Spinach Quiche for
your convenience. |
Lobster and
Spinach Quiche
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp. Tabasco
2 tsp. Worcestershire
sauce
1 lb.
lobster meat,
drained , squeezed (to
eliminate moisture) and
cut into chunks
1 cup each: grated
Parmesan, gruyere
1 bag spinach cooked
dried & chopped (or 10
oz. frozen)
1 small onion, thinly
sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallot, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 9-inch prepared pie
shell
Heat oven to 400
degrees. Whisk together
eggs, cream, hot sauce
and Worcestershire sauce
in a large bowl. Stir in
lobster, cheeses,
spinach, onion, garlic
and shallots, seasoned
with pepper.
Pour mixture into the
pie shell and bake until
set and knife comes out
clean, about 30-40
minutes or until
browned. Cool Lobster
and Spinach Quiche on
wire rack 5 minutes
before slicing.
